Outside you have a couple storage sheds and an outhouse. The structures are located near the middle of the 20 acre lot which if fairly level and has nice stands of mature hardwoods on it. The property is accessed by a private road that is in fairly good condition. There is a small voluntary donation requested each year for road maintenance. Don't hesitate. This won't last long.
